Ana Tijoux is a Franco-Chilean rapper, who throughout her career continues to defend women’s rights and denounce discrimination. Her song „Antipatriarca”, released in 2014, denounces gender violence and demands women’s autonomy. It is a song of rebellion, calling for liberation, autonomy and the defence of women’s rights.
Being of Chilean origin, she supports the demonstrations in her country. She has made her support into a song (#Cacerolazo) by publishing videos of police violence in her video clip.
